A cool climate wine from Limoux-the grapes are hand-picked from
750 metre-high vineyards within eyesight of the snow-capped

the Chardonnay.

\In the ‘sec-tendre’ style with just the right amount of
sugar to balance the racy acidity of the Chenin grape.
